This was an incredibly disappointing experience. My wife ordered enchiladas where the chicken came partially cooked and she could not eat it. I ordered the fajita burrito with steak. While both ends had steak, the middle, and majority of the burrito, had no steak in it at all, only rice.

Updated: I came on a Wednesday night and was seated right away. It’s been two years since my last experience here, and I was very happy with everything! The servers were attentive, the food very tasty, especially the chicken, and had a great atmosphere. Would recommend and glad I gave it another try!

We love the menu selections and we have never been dissatisfied with quality and flavor. I ordered the chipotle crab enchaladas. There was crab in every bite and the sauce had enough spice for great flavor. My husband ordered the steak burrito supreme, it was attractively garnished and he said it was very good. The”puffy” tortilla chips, salsa and cabbage are unique to tossoro, and very tasty. We came for lunch and left very satisfied.

Second time coming to this restaurant and the last. The service was absolutely the worst part of this restaurant. First they told us we did not have a reservation when they had called my friend that same day to confirm our reservation. After realizing they hadn’t added her name only her phone number to the reservation they sat us in a table, but it truly felt as if we had to plead with them to sit us. We asked if we could sit in another area, we were rudely told that area was closed only to have another family sit in that area about 30 minutes later. Of course the rude hostess/waitress seemed to be very friendly with that family so maybe she has to know you to be friendly. We had to ask for silverware, there were 5 of us we shared 2 menus, I was missing part of of my food order, we never were asked if we needed or wanted refills. The food was good but I have had better Mexican food. Overall I would not go back because of the service.

We have dined here many times and always enjoy authentic Mexican food. The service is great, and the new decor is outstanding. I was pleased with the old decor however the patio lounge area and bar area in an adjacent room are now a welcome feature and the ambience is that of a classy restaurant without the outrageous prices. The carne asada and shrimp and supreme quesadillas were very good. We are never dissatisfied!

The experience is dependent on who you get as a server. I’ve been here a few times and it ranges from great experience to being completely ignored and given attitude. The food is good. The atmosphere is great.

Service wasn’t bad but took them awhile for me to place my order considering it wasn’t busy. Food looked good but was just ok seem to be missing a little bit of depth of flavor. Prices are reasonable.
