I wish I could order a banana split that’s not completely melted in the 3 min drive home. I saw the girl take out my banana split from some freezer by the drive thru already made…I feel like they’ve been slacking lately…they should just bring the banana split blizzard back. At least I know it won’t be completely melted and I can enjoy an ice cream and not a shake.

When I ordered a large Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard with extra strawberries, I expected at least some strawberries in the blizzard. No flavoring or chunks of strawberries were found or tasted. Unfortunately, this is NOT the first time this has occurred, but it will be the last at this location.

Great DQ. Just wish they served breakfast. I just had breakfast at the DQ in Premont, and it was awesome. Better than the WB competition. The pancake was great, & the egg buster is similar to the WB BOB, but the eggs seemed more fresh and tastier. Plus, tots come with the bfast meal. My son said their taquito was better than any other fast food taquito. Hope the management considers offering breakfast here.

Ordered online to pick up. Went to pick up and was given wrong beverage and was not given the extra condiments that I had ordered after I was assured they were in the box and that the drink was a malt not a shake. When I asked they would not check, just told me they were there and correct. No bag or utensils were offered. These kids need adult supervision. There’s an undeserved arrogance about them. They are not as good as they think they are.

I ordered at 3:28pm, they gave my order to someone else. It took 30 minutes for me to finally get my order. They kept my receipt, and the manager didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything. They provided the worst customer service and just forgot about it because they are too busy taking care of other orders. I get it, you are short staffed, but this is not acceptable. And the attitude of who was to bring my order was not acceptable either. I get ma’am you are tired, but thats no excuse.

Clean and well kept restaurant near the busy Nolana and 23rd Street intersection. Staff are friendly and the food service is fast. Restrooms are also well kept and the lunch hour rush is efficiently served. It might be time to upgrade some of the seats in the booths, but it doesn’t take away from either the service or convenience of this location. Keep up the good work, guys!
