I came in with my wife just after 6 pm and every table was dirty. Not one had been wiped down. I told the employee that all the tables were dirty and he said he was busy. I cleaned my own table with Purell and a napkin. My wife sat down to eat her food. It is now 6:36 pm and no one has cleaned the tables. The same employee had time to chat on their phone.

We visited this location today for lunch. The food tasted great. The service was pretty fast but the lady making our food was pretty stingy on the salsa and kept telling us every salsa was spicy. We know… That’s why we come here and why we like it. It’s not that spicy. Then she offered a vinaigrette but only gave me half a container. In terms of cleanliness, the bathrooms were okay except for mirrors and floors, and they were almost out of soap. We ate outside and some the tables were dirty.

We ordered a chicken burrito. Received a bowl. Had to drive back and they literally dumped the bowl into a tortilla and returned it to us. The manager shrugged when we asked “we drove back for that?” This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up our order and they never care when they do. For the price we way you expect a certain level of quality. Will not be returning.

When I picked up my order the entire order was wrong. The tacos were practically empty. I ordered chips and queso and didn’t receive the queso. I went back to tell one of the employees working at the takeout station and she said “we have nothing you ordered”, when I clearly see other customers placing their order in store with all the items she claimed was not available. So I ask her (the employee at the takeout station) if I can have the items I requested from the other station and she rolled her eyes and snatched the container from my hand. She then proceeds to put the smallest amout of each item in the container (not even in the taco). At this point I could not believe what she was doing and other customers waiting for their food acknowledge the fact that she was being rude to me. She comes back without saying anything and shoves the plate in my hand. I ask her if i can have the queso for my chips (which was also missing). She says that she is out of queso. At this point I’m frustrated with her attitude and asked her to either give me my money back or give me what I paid for. HORRIBLE SERVICE. If you cant talk politely to people, dont work in a customer service job.

Im a chipotle lover but today i had the worse experience at chipotle, i got here at 9:20pm they closed at 10. First I wanted carnitas, they didn’t have vegetables and carnitas and refused to make them, when i got the line the guy serving was Putting a lot of everything without even listening to what i was asking. I don’t expect great service from chipotle but today’s service was horrible. After we got our bowls we couldn’t find a clean table all of them were dirty and there were only two people in the restaurant. I was craving chipotle badly bad definitely I didn’t enjoy as usual even though the food was good as always. It seems to me there is not management overseeing their poor attitude employees.

Very shifty place to order from. I placed my order for which I was charged a ridiculous amount for a quesadilla amd all that arrived was a bowl with a few pieces of meat. I call and no one answers but a machine and all they offer is a coupon for a couple of tacos. Shifty service, shifty place, shifty food. Worse place ever
