UPDATE: The pizza was remade. Its burnt, not cut, and has sauce oozing out from the cheese. My stomach can not tolerate a lot of sauce from Domino’s. Which is why I order LIGHT sauce. The pizza also doesn’t have extra cheese. Never ordering from here again. We used to order weekly. This place and its workers are garbage quality.

Employees are VERY rude kept raising their voice at me AND screamed at me and slammed the phone and hung up on me. Will NEVER be going back. Honestly they need to close it down because the lady that was helping us didn’t even know anything had to call for help then the lady that helped us didn’t know what she was doing either. And then messed up our order and blamed it on us saying it was our fault and she couldn’t do anything yelling at me so I just told her to give me my money back and we will never be going back.

Finally learned my lesson tonight with this dominos. I picked up at the store once the app said it was ready but still had to wait for my cheese bread. They seemed to be struggling and very disorganized but it was definitely not for a lack of personnel, being that there were 6 people I could see there working. When I got home I found my pizza in this condition and tried to call the store, they finally answered and when I asked for the manager I was hung up on. I drove back to the store and spoke with store manager who did refund me but didn’t offer even as much as an apology. Terrible

The Dominos on Roanoke Rd SUCKS!!! The employees lack customer services skills and showed no empathy for messing up my order. I called them after placing the order online to make sure it wouldn’t be messed up this time as I was explaining my issue I was rudely interrupted by Nicole. Then after getting my food and it not being what I ordered I called back and spoke with manger Brandon who showed absolutely no empathy in regards to the issue.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I have had HORRIBLE service here over and over. This takes the cake. The pasta was overcooked and didn’t even cover the bottom of the dish. Pitiful.

This will sadly be the last time we use this location. After several bad experiences, today we received “32 garlic knots” without the garlic sauce.. so it was just bread and we received 16 instead of 32. Also, when we went inside to pick it up the worker was taking a dip out of his mouth.

Really disappointed in this dominos. They have gone down hill over the years. Corporate needs to come in and do an over haul. The tracker is wrong and does not reflect the time right. Tracker said my order was ready and it was in reality still in the oven. The csr acted like she didn’t really care. Will not be back. They definitely need to get it together.
