I have been to the location in Lowell two times and they have always had great food, my experience here was similar. I got the brisket it had a nice smoke ring and some bark on the outside and tasted really good, however it was a bit dry for my liking. The spicy hush puppies were great. I would have liked a bit larger portion of the sides. If you’re looking for a sit down meal this isn’t the place since there is no seating and very little customer space no big deal just get take away. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Went here for dinner and ordered the 3 meat meal with mac and cheese and hush puppies. I grabbed the food and drove 5 minutes home. Unfortunately, the brisket, and pulled pork were dry and cold. The cornbread seemed like it just came out of the refrigerator. The ribs were pretty good but there were only 2 and not much meat. There was a lot of fat on all of the meats. The mac and cheese was good but along with everything else the portion was very small. The two positives were that the sauces were very good and the hush puppies were some of the best I have ever had. Overall, I am very disappointed because I spent over $20 for myself and most everything was cold.

Showed up shortly after they opened (5pm). Ordered brisket sandwich, half chicken, 8 jumbo wings, and fries. The fries were way better than we expected from a bbq place. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a great flavor. The chicken was moist, the brisket sandwich was OK (the bread was great) but the wings were fantastic! Crispy and smokey but moist and delicious. This might be the best smoked food we’ve had in Michigan!

Very, very small portions – especially for the price. The smoked chicken wasn’t anymore remarkable than a basic rotisserie chicken. The greens and mac & cheese were tasty, but unfortunately you only get a couple bites worth in the platters. The brisket was ok, sauces were good. Was excited to have a BBQ place move into Creston but I will save my money & make the trip elsewhere to get my BBQ fix.

Yum! A bit pricey, but I think it’s one of the best bbq joints in town. The wings are big and awesome. All he sides are good, but my fave is the cucumbers and onions.

We spontaneously decided to stop here for lunch. Got the 3 meat combo with greens and potato salad. Was excellent. Meat was juicy and tender. Greens we amazing. Will definitely eat here again.
