This Chipotle location is great. Nice employees who actually listen to your requests and are still fast. Place seemed clean enough. And, as a bonus they actually had limes for me over dinner time when other locations have seemed to magically run out anytime after the lunch rush. If in doubt about the other nearby west side locations, opt for this one. 🙂

Travesty. Any other Chipotle is worth the effort. Ordered 3 times from there, first 2 times the orders were completely wrong and it took twice as long to fix the orders, 3rd time it was just flat out “lost”. The only positive out of the orders was getting doordash credits. I’d rather have the food, but you’re not going to get your food if you go or order from here.

Been coming here for over 10 years and post COVID, this place is a mess. The employee today told me she would give me all the individual ingredients for my tacos and I could assemble them myself… I asked why she couldn’t put them on the tacos per usual and she said I should have ordered online lol

We came to this location for the first time at about 8:30 p.m. on Saturday 6/24/2023. I must say the staff was wonderful! I believe her name may be Janay But it may be something else… She had top tier customer service which you don’t see a lot nowadays. She was very helpful and explained steps I had to take to order a chicken quesadilla online. She was patient although we had a line of people behind us. Thank you for your kindness! The food was fresh and fast service as well.

My experience was really frustrating. Even though the place was completely empty, I ended up waiting at the pickup area for a solid 20 minutes. Nobody even noticed me until the chefs in the back pointed me out. Then, the lady at the front just asks me if I ordered like it’s an afterthought. Worst part? She tossed my food over with a mean look on her face.

This place is disgusting. Every table, inside and out was filthy, garbage all over the floor and patio, garbage was overflowing and restrooms were horrendous. Food was cold and steak was chewy and didn’t taste like beef. Wonder what the kitchen looks like. We will never go back.

This is far by the worst chipotle ever. Did an online order asked for extra corn and cheese, that’s is what I got. Also had pinto beans on the side, very disappointed because there is no flavor at all. Pinto bean need salt and citrus juice. If I can, I would not even give them a star!! Would never go back here again!! This was suppose to be my dinner thanks a lot guys!

If you order delivery from them, the probability is very high that something will be missing. Because it’s really hard to check the contents of the bag against the receipt before setting it out there for the grubhub driver.
