Food was pretty good. Service and wait time was insanely slow. Had to wait 30 minutes in line to get my food. One of the employees stopped multiple times to take off gloves, change a song, and then restart the making process which took minutes. The restaurant was also pretty dirty. Walls and painting had mysterious splatters of food from who knows how long. Again, good food just bad service and atmosphere.

Love this place. Have been going for a few years now. Love the fact that I can pick & choose what I want to add to my ceviche. I love the traditional, but my husband loves the island. His has mango. Always get the combo ,fish and shrimp. Love that it is not fishy.

Food was very good! The 10.99 plates are enough to serve 2 people. Order was placed beforehand but still had to wait for them to make it upon arrival, am guessing since it’s fresh seafood. Overall great food, will be back!

Called at 3:50 pm to place an order on the phone for 6 plates. I was told there would be an hour wait. I understood it was a lot of food and a small shop, so I said okay and I would be there at 5pm. I showed up at exactly 5pm and the order was still not ready. In total, I waited an hour and a half for 6 plates. While I was there, several other customers came and left. The food is delicious but the wait was completely unacceptable, considering I had been told it would be an hour and that other customers were served before I was, even after the hour wait.

Great ceviche! The food is delicious, I order the classic and add habanero! The first time I went there was disorganization on which line was which regarding ordering and pick-up. I had ordered ahead and waited for a while since the staff was busy prepping orders, rather than help me first the employee let two other people cut in line.

Had a bad experience from the start the customer service was horrible and unprofessional and that should of been my warning sign. I order 30 mins ahead for one plate got there 30 mins after I called since she said it would be 20-30 mins and waited another 20 mins when I got there. Then next day I see someone altered my tip and increased it. I called and spoke to the manager who acted like this was no big deal. Last time I checked someone taking money from your bank account was illegal. Some people should not work in customer service and that is apparently the whole crew here.

I was recommended this place by someone who is picky with there food. The food was excellent. Very fresh and full of flavor. I got that tingly sensation in the back of my jaw when I first bit in. Their home made sauces added a punch that left my mouth watering. I didn’t even touch my drink as the food kept my palette very entertained. The portion was very generous for the cost. I recommend you try this establishment out while heartedly!
