Lady working drive thru on may 16th at 8:40pm, told me 5 min wait but it ends up being 30 min. Second time this has happened with the same lady. Also, lady behind her was smoking her vape pen by the food. Lemonade tasted like water.

Fries were too salty, go easy on the seasonings, less is more. Fries are a great product, don’t ruin a great thing. Sandwich was extremely tasty, thx for the extra pickles. Yummy.

I understand that fast food isn’t the best, but one should expect simple things to be done properly. Getting breakfast should not be that difficult and hashbrowns should be fresh and crispy (nothing worse than soggy potatoes).

Made an online order at 845pm and drove 20 mins to arrive at the Bojangles for them to tell us that we can only have wings. They advertise that they close at 10pm but I am told the last order of chicken the drop is 9pm. Then they have a huge issue about getting my refund back to me and they have no idea how to return my money. It’s sad how no one wants to work these days and because of that the customer suffers due to their lack of work ethic. You close at 10 pm you should be dropping chicken until you close

Drive thru ordered a 5 piece supreme combo with a large fry. Employee informed me that they had no soft drinks on sweet tea, orange juice and milk available. I decided not to get a drink and add an extra large fry: $17.99 is crazy for slow service and the receipt does not reflect what I ordered.

Normally when I go to this location the food is really good. I wanted the 3wing dinner. I knew there would be a wait at this location but I waited 45 minutes and I had to go to the counter to remind them I was waiting. When I received my food. The biscuits looked like a 3 year old made them. They were small and definitely not fluffy, they were overcooked. The chicken wings tasted like they were re-cooked wings from the other day. They were small and not good at all. They were out of almost all of the sides, letting me know there is poor management at this location. The workers was on their phone and not paying attention to what they needed to do. This place needs to be whipped into shape. . I don’t see myself going back to this location.
