Always a consistent positive drive through experience at night– started going here instead of the more convenient rootstown local) expresso drinks are always made correctly (perfect ratio of ingredients) — other locations need to make their capps and lattes taste such as yummy, it is hard to find in ne ohio over the past few months for some strange reason. Very friendly and attentive staff, too, which just adds to the happiness!

Just left this joke of a place. Sign said will not open till 9:30 due to short staff and stocking. 2 employees were making themselves coffee and standing around talking. 2 then went outside to smoke while customers were waiting. They had a total of 5 employees but still would not open till 9:30. At least 30-35 customers were turned away while 5 employees were visible,

Service is good but the past few times getting food here, it tastes like they’re not washing/rinsing out the food containers very well because it tastes like cleaner residue. I thought maybe it was just something in the ingredients that taste off but I went to the one in Kent and everything tastes fine.

I get my mother-in-law coffee from here a lot sometimes they make it right sometimes they don’t but they have new refreshers that are kind of like Starbucks and they taste pretty good and it’s a lot cheaper for two small refreshers and a large iced coffee was only $12
