I’m pretty sure the last three times I’ve been, there has been one single worker. I have waited in line for over forty five minutes to get food with four people ahead of me. Today I walked in and there was literally no one on the line. Five people were clearly waiting in the seating area for food, and six people were in line ahead of me. There were literally no workers! Chicken was burning on the grill and filling the restaurant up with smoke. I finally walked out of there and several people walked out with me.

Update to my previous review: placed an online order on 4/15/21. As others have mentioned, the order was not ready for 45 minutes after the order time. Everyone was crowded inside waiting on their orders. After I got home, my order was wrong! They have me chicken instead of steak and other ingredients were wrong.

The customer service at this location is absolute garbage. I never go to this location if I can help it. I’ve always put off posting a review, but today my mom asked for a soft drink 3 different times and I guess the person at the counter ignored her. When she asked for the cup, they were incredibly rude saying she didn’t pay for one so she had to make another transaction.

Highly disappointed my husband and I stood in line for 10 mins as the entire staff disappeared one by one. We waited patiently and the line grew behind us and eventually we asked a team member who finally came from the back if anyone was working? He said they were not open yet as we looked around and saw people eating EVEN THE STAFF was eating in our face. Finally we were told they were only open to online and its 1:30 on a Tuesday. Will not visit this chipotle again the customer service was beyond HORRIBLE they couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge us until we were already upset

So disappointed in the online ordering. Took almost an hour for my food to be ready. I just wanted to cancel my order and move about my day. But they already had my money, awful service and experience. They are just riding on other locations good experience. Fix this corporate please cuz I be better off doing it myself behind the counter.

Staff is nice but seem short staffed and burnt out. Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fresh and hot but most of the time the rice is soupy, and the meats are all room temp. They will remake items when asked but if the food is old and cold why bother? The sit down area is usually dirty with food scraps on the tables during rush hour because of the short staffing.

every time I visit this location between 1-3 pm there is never any food left, there never no meat past chicken, NEVER any fajita’s at all! ive been 5 times the past month and the results are always the same. they service online orders over walk in and always keep on line fully stocked, while my walk in experience is horrible. the staff is lazy and don’t prep anything.

Worst experience i’ve ever had at a chipotle. Ordered my steak bowl with no beans but asked for extra rice seeing i wasn’t getting the entirety of what normally goes into the meal, women taking orders said there would be an extra charge very rudely and proceeded to give me a quarter of a scoop. Very stingy on the product, upon looking at my receipt i was charged an extra $2 for the quarter scoop of rice. My bowl was small and definitely not worth the $21 that I had paid.

This place is terrible! The customer service is non-existent. They need to do a complete overhaul of the employees. They clearly didn’t receive the proper customer service training. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!! I hate going to this Chipotle but it’s literally less than one mile away from my house. I shouldn’t have to drive 10 miles away, to a different Chipotle, just to receive good customer service. Everytime I go there they’re out of something. Everyone here is rude. No”hello”. No smile. Just a mess. Last time I was there they were taking mobile orders only. It’s just ridiculous. I’ve been to Chipotle restaurants all over the United States because my kids love it, and this place is by far the worst one. Just close it down and start over. The food is good, the employees are terrible. Don’t go here if you don’t have to.
