I had an online order for two beef bowl with one missing lettuce and pinto bean and the other one with 3/4 of regular portion and missing lettuce and fajita veggies. Half of my side of guacamole was unsmashed avocado that tasted like rock. Complained online and customer service only offer two cups of drinks…There was no way to have alternative offer.

I would’ve given a better rating but the service was terrible. The waiter took his socks and shoes off and tried to force his feet inside of my mouth. He then proceded to take off his shirt and rub the barbecue sauce all over his chest/mid-section. I honestly was okay with this experience. It was actually kind of turning me on but my wife wanted to leave. The reason I gave a 1 star review is because there were no beans. If you had beans, I would’ve given 5 stars.

This place is horrible!! So many times they have given us the wrong order. And on multiple occasions when we’ve ordered takes out they’ll put meat in our VEGGIE bowls. The employees do not care at all, would not be surprised if this location gets sued because they carelessly gave the wrong order and someone turns out to be allergic. Absolute idiots. Would not recommend going here at all.

System was down. Which was understandable. However, we waited over 30 min for our food which was ordered online prior. When i asked where my food was, we were met with snide comments and dirty looks. Employees and manager were rude.

We ordered ahead, got home, and realized our order was wrong. Also got charged $9 for a bean and cheese burrito. Chips were stale and unsalted. Food also didn’t taste the freshest. Maybe it was an off night for them.

The location is unsatisfactory due to poor customer service, lack of cleanliness, and inadequate protein portions. I am uncertain why they provide such small amounts of protein. The quality was acceptable only when senior management was in charge, but has since deteriorated. Despite repeatedly inquiring about my rewards being scanned, I have not received the points.

The food that you are able to get is good. Their fajitas veggies are always “out” but 6 pm. They don’t know how to make enough for the entire day it seems . Maybe management needs to figure out why food in never available past 6 pm when they are open until 10. Pm. The store was messy today. Trash thrown where the plastic ware is. . They have three employees for Togo but they don’t know how to clean the store. Very nasty today. Hopefully management looks into night crew. Fingers crossed
