I have been such a fan of Firehouse Subs since I was in high school. We would always get firehouse catered to us on our away games when I was playing softball. The hook n ladder is my ultimate favorite sandwich from here, but when I decide to venture out and try something new the other sandwiches have been good too. The employees at this location and the other firehouse locations I’ve been to have always been pleasant. I love that a portion of the funds go to helping out firefighters. The online ordering process is so easy to use, and I love how you can just go pick up the order at the Rapid Rescue to go area without having to wait in line. I’m also a fan of the variety of drinks. I love places that have the freestyle coke machine

The big thing to note about this location is that you can charge your phone or tablet, there are several tables near electrical outlets. Of course you must bring your own charger. As far as the food goes, I recommend the meatball sandwich. It was good and served piping hot. This location is open later than the Valley Bend location.

The food is delicious…my side pickle looked like it had been stepped on. The floors are littered with food bits and you can tell these tables don’t get wiped down. We got out food in to go boxes even though we were dinning in because they were out” of baskets. All the baskets are stacked above the trash can at the door hoping someone will wash them today. Be careful not to slip on the stray ice that lives in, on, and around the coke machine. At least they had the cherry limeade today- that was nice. Of course I’ll eat here again, but it’s clear the owners don’t pay these kids enough to even pretend to care.

Food was fine— but unfortunately the gentleman who calls your name to get your food has absolutely ZERO patience. If you aren’t up there to get your food right when he says your name he makes a scene and rolls his eyes making it a point that he was irritated that you are not there right when he calls your name.. there is not enough room to stand along the counter and watch them make your food.** Example today he called my name and I was over getting my drink, by the time I walked over there maybe 20 seconds after he called my name he was rolling his eyes like it took so long and he was so annoyed. Made me lose my appetite honestly… nobody deserves to be treated like that. I saw him do the same thing to multiple people. There were several customers that were coming back to their seats saying he was rude and didn’t understand why he was so irritated with them. I mean come on.. BE NICE it’s not hard. I would love for someone to let him know that he doesn’t know what is going on in someone’s life, he should always try to be nice there is no reason to be ugly with customers or any other human for that matter nobody did anything wrong to him.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered a sandwich for lunch. Waited about 20 minutes. Asked about my food and they acted like they had no knowledge of my order. My entire lunch break wasted and I went away hungry.

No sign on door to say no dine in allowed. We asked if they was serving food bc the employees were all sitting at counter having break. The one guy behind counter informed us we couldn’t eat there. Definitely disappointed with the way we were treated. So we went to Schlotzsky down the road had delicious sandwiches.
