Ben’s Soft Pretzels is amazing! The staff was so friendly and extended a warm greeting when we came in. Katherine was especially awesome and she was so patient and friendly with our large order! She even recommended the staff favorites (Dutch Almond bites and Strawberry Lemonade!) and let us sample the lemonade.

Stopped in on National Pretzel day and got a jumbo pretzel for a $1 donation. The pretzels were hot, fresh, and amazing! The employees were so kind and friendly. We love having them in The Colony!

The owner of this store is so wonderful and friendly. He made everything fresh for all customers and in a timely manner too! We got the 2 jumbo pretzels, 2 dips, and a drink for $10 combo as a Valentine’s special. It was delicious and for such a great price. Overall amazing experience.

I’ve occasionally had soft pretzels for decades and they were OK – never my top choice. And, then I had Ben’s pretzels yesterday. They were far and away the best ones I’ve had, my wife agreed, and we will go back.

This place was good. We enjoyed the pretzels and the ham an cheese kalache too, although we had to wait like 15 to 20 minutes for the pretzels and we were the only ones there. The good thing is that it was freshly baked so it was so good. Don’t know if the wait time is always like that though. The guy preparing the pretzels was very nice and engaged in conversation. Good customer service. We’ll be back.

This is my favorite place in Grandscape! The pretzels are fresh and delicious, and the staff is professional and nice. The orders are quickly completed too. We went in yesterday to get two pretzels, they were offering a third for free on top of it, I think the owner said that’s only for Mondays though Wednesdays right now. We also got two dips with that, and they gave us an additional two dips for the third pretzel. They also have a Nutella flavor that I will have to try next time.

Hands down the best pretzels I’ve ever had in my life!!!! Ben’s pretzels is an absolute must to visit. First off, the manager Shon is amazing…he is so nice, personable, and great. The pretzels were so HUGE, soft, warm, and delicious. I had the original jumbo salt pretzel which was simply perfect, especially dipped in cheese, a jalapeño and cheese pretzel which was my favorite, the Dutch almond crunch with caramel drizzle which was the perfect dessert pretzel, cinnamon sugar pretzel sticks, and their fresh lemonade. They were all amazing! I can’t wait to come back to the amazing staff and delicious pretzels.

Been to this place several times and it never disappoints. The folks here are always kind and the pretzels are always fresh. They’re not cheap but nothing really good is. Definitely worth a visit!
