The pizza woman working came off a bit cold to us. Maybe because we were clearly not locals. We were taking a moment to read the menu posted on the wall and the whole time the woman working was trying to speed us along saying things like “we have cheese slices if that makes it easier.” My mom had tried to come here in the past, but couldn’t try it out since they were only serving those who had put their order in ahead of time due to only one gentleman working the restaurant. My mom tried to tell the woman working that she’s been wanting to come but explained why she couldn’t and all this worker responded with was a “I don’t even know what you’re talking about.” Lol of course you weren’t here during that incident because it was only 1 gentleman working. That’s why they could only do the call ahead orders. Of course you had no clue! How hard could it have been to just have been like “oh I apologize, I wasn’t aware that had happened”? As a former manager for a chain restaurant, the lack of customer service immediately made me lose my appetite and my desire to support the local business.

Going here since I was a kid. It’s my favorite pizza around. Subs are amazing as well. The owners are great people. Only down side if I had to think of any is the odd days/hrs they keep open. But if they are, don’t hesitate.

Best pizza in the area. The Wednesday pizza special for $9 and one topping, you can’t beat. You can tell they use quality ingredients here, I’m from syracuse and i think this place has better pizza than some of the top pizza places out there. Recommend 🙂 i love the sausage

I ordered a wrap 30 wings and large cheese pizza. The wings were not crispy at all. They were gross and the pizza crust was so soggy it was so nasty. In the middle of the pizza there was a puddle of sauce and water. I do not recommend this place. It was not worth the $50.00 I spent

I’ve been to this restaurant twice now both times was met with not the best customer service to say the least. They were not friendly or welcoming and as for the food it left a lot to be desired. The chicken parm had no kind of pasta with it, for almost $10 for a dinner I expect the entree to b meat with some sort of pasta I got a very small plate with some chicken on it and barely any cheese. It was covered in sauce and the breading on it left a lot to be desired there was no flavor and it made me nauseous. It did not taste fresh. I have family in Italy & this was far from the homemade food I grew up on. The sauce lacked any pizzaz or robust tomato flavor. I was longing for some garlic or olive oil or some sort of flavor of something anything and it all just fell flat, I could have been eating cardboard! It seems that this restaurant is a neighborhood favorite so I was very surprised at how lacking the food was for flavor. The pizza was slightly better but it’s still left a lot to be desired definitely not what I had been hoping for or expecting!

My husband and me from Oneonta Stopped in coming from Utica headed home to Oneonta bought wings a Thanksgiving sub, and stuffed shells excellent service and excellent food we loved it ❤️❤️
