Obsessed! The chicken, sides and salsas are all very delicious. We were loyal to another local establishment and the food at Pollo Feliz is ten times better! I can’t tell you how friendly their staff is, they are welcoming and are so willing to help with the menu. This is the staple of a friendly ,delicious, local family owned restaurant. I hope they stay this way forever. We have been there three times this week!!

Infinite Stars
Chicken was very dry considering it specializes on chicken, outside had a crispy seasoning but the inside tasted like if it had been sitting for days and microwaved before serving. We went during the week, low traffic and was hoping for a more fresh taste. Charro beans was the only thing we enjoyed. Will be looking for somewhere else to go for fresh chicken.

Nice flavor, but the chicken is DRY DRY DRY. It was like eating a tasty piece of tough leather. If you charge almost $14 for half a chicken you should be able to get it right. The owner was sitting in a booth and I wish I had taken the time to speak with him. He seems like a nice guy. Too bad the chicken is so tough and dry.

Stopped by to take chicken home for dinner, was waiting at counter and Manager mentioned to Ale that she had customers at front she said wait, after a few minutes the man asked her to take care of the customer upfront and she made a face and continued helping the customers at the drive thru, I just turned around and walked out… real bad service!!!!!!!!

First time their the food is good but service it takes more than 20 minutes to get your food.And got chicken nuggets for my grandson and they where super cold in the enter they just warm up in the microwave totally don’t recommend that.
