Stayed at the hotel for a few days and was looking forward to having some good coffee before my meetings. Everything says they open at 7 but not once did they open on time so I could get a coffee before our morning meetings started. Thankfully they were fairly quick at making the drinks in the small windows we had for beaks.

Usually pretty good, but paying 7.37 for a cup of ice that didn’t last two minutes is aggravating. Maybe have your people put the ice in after the beverage, rather than leaving half of it in the blender because it won’t fit with all the ice they’ve put in first.

I have no idea what I did wrong as a customer when I made my visit to this Caribou location.(Saturday 9/21 at least an hour before close) I placed my order with the cashier. The two drinks came out in a timely fashion. I noticed the drink I had was topped with marshmallows. I pointed out to the barista that I ordered the syrup not the marshmallows toppings.
