Wish I could give 0 stars. Food was greasy and nasty. Took an hour over the time I was told to come when ordering online. Manager wouldn’t even come up front to talk to people. Building was packed. Felt bad because the only person that did help was a teenager who was still on his break. No one was wearing gloves with the food people would answer the phones and go right back to making pizzas without washing their hands. Will never go back.

Customer service is definitely lacking. You apparently also cannot pay with a 50 dollar bill because they won’t accept it. I put a order in and went to pick it up, and then left without it because of their customer service. If you order from then good luck.

I RARELY leave bad reviews. I’m a mgr on food service and I get how hard things are nowadays. With that said I had an awful experience with this restaurant. We were told we’d need to wait 15 mins for a hot and READY. 20 mins later we were told there was a 5 min wait on our bread sticks. Ten mins later they said they gave our pizza to someone else. A walk in. 35 mins later we left with no apology, nothing extra offers for our time. We didn’t even get a have a nice day. And the place stink like dirty trash. Which might have been the lady waiting as long as we did.

I placed an order online for pick. Gave me a code. My husband picked it up and brought it back to fairgrounds. We were missing a pizza on our order & the crazy bread was absolutely horrible. Undercooked and doughy. I placed a call to speak to someone and proceeded to wait on hold for over 35 mins and never spoke to a single person.

There is one gentleman in the building that handles situations well and he’s claiming to leave, he’s a teenager and he’s the only one that isn’t being so outrageously loud about their own drama it’s hilarious. The manager is beyond childish and looks like a child in general, during an interview about a year ago between her and I the only thing she wanted to talk about was her personal life issues. idk how you could take her seriously. The food is never ever cut half decently and they never seem to care to make customers anything but angry about their food. One employee under stress will say your food will be ready in over an hour and they’ll be done in 10 minutes and other times they say ten minutes and it’s over an hour. Shouldn’t be open under its current supervision and management.

I normally never have an issue at this location. The other night was just all bad. I waited for over 45 minutes while everyone after me was waited on. They call my name finally only to discover the girl only made one on my pizza. I ask girl if she can would keep other food warm. She tells me the table they cut pizza on is a warmer an will keep my food hot. Well not only was that not true I get home to discover my food was made all on the wrong crust. All bad
