We ordered one Pizza at 5:12 pm and after 2 hours we called to ask when we would get it, the associate said that there are no orders placed for my address. I checked my credit card and it showed 2 charges from PapaJohns from this Plainfield location. When I called the location to speak with the manager, each time they picked up the call but nobody was talking. A third time they actually hang up on me. I was charged twice but never received a pizza!!!!

By far the WORST location I’ve ever ordered from. I order extra sauce on the pizza EVERY time and yet I constantly have to request it be made as it is never made how I order it and then they get mad for having to remake it. The manager on duty is beyond rude and makes loud insulting remarks. Train your Papa John employees in customer service as it’s clear they are lacking communication skills. DO BETTER!!

Never received my order. I was polite and asked for the order to be delivered instead of a refund, things happen. Never received the order after over an hour. Called the store again and the lady said it was out for delivery. 25 minutes pass, (I live 4 minutes away) I called back to ask for a refund and the lady hung up on me.

The worst pizza I have ever ordered in my entire life. We ordered pizza thru grub hub and received the pizza sitting outside our doorstep and upon opening the pizza the crust that papa John’s prides itself of claiming that its the most important part of the pizza, was burnt. Called the store spoke to manager, he said there’s nothing they can do about it since it was ordered thru grubhub. I am appalled/disappointed and find this so hard to believe. How could someone send out a pizza pile with absolutely burnt crust knowing you personally can’t even eat a burnt pizza! I am still amazed at this nonchalant, uncaring, and selfish act. To make matters worse NOTHING they can do about it! SMH.

I’m done with the Plainfield location. Waited 37 minutes for the text message that the pizza was ready. Got there 60 minutes after I ordered to pick up my pizza. Waited 10 more minutes to get service because they don’t have enough counter help. Then they say that the pizza isn’t ready and they are behind what the app says and they don’t know when the order will be ready. Go elsewhere.

The pizza tastes great and we’re regular customers. However they 80% of the time forget to give you sauces. And 75% of the time end up delivering the food later than quoted. Trying to get through to the manager is insane. They have this dude talking to you while you wait… He sounds creepy. When you do get through, they try to fix it by giving you half off a regular menu item…. It’s really irritating.

This is absolutely incredible, not only do they manage to go to the wrong house the first time, but after calling the store and being promised another pizza I doesn’t arrive after 3 hours. Another call to the store and they act like they can’t find the second order. So 3 hours later and 2 attempts for them to go 2 MILES away, there is amazingly still no pizza. Please tell your kids to finish grade school so they can achieve higher brain function which apparently everyone at this store lacks.
