The service was awful. I asked the lady if she was ready for my order and she said no I told you I wasn’t ready very rudely. I said I’m sorry that I didn’t hear her the first time. I was asking for 2 beef classics and a 5 piece fish stick. The lady kept telling me to get a combo even though I didn’t want one but eventually I said yes because she kept cutting me off. When I did receive the food she dropped the drink before my hand was even ready to grab it. Then after I paid more for a combo that she wouldn’t take no for an answer I didn’t get the fries that came with it. This was at the Madras Oregon Arby’s on 8/25/23 around 7:30pm I will probably never order here again because how rude this lady was.

This Arby’s is part of Love’s and it was clean, staff was super efficient and quick to get order ready. I saw them working on the order as soon as it was placed. Food taste was great and overall a very convenient location to get gas, showers, food and travel items in the Love’s store all during the same stop. It’s also close to Tesla chargers and lots of stores around. So, a great place to add as a favorite to your pit stop list!

We were getting gas and saw there was Arby’s. So we went through the drive through and didn’t get an answer from anyone so we were confused for a bit and ended up going in where we could order really quickly. Some wait time to the order but it’s also 2am and I’m getting 6 classics and curly fries. James and whoever was working too were really friendly, and really made a good impression on me. They’re out here working past midnight still making me food and not cranky in the least. Seemed to be some of the best people I’ve seen for a while. The sandwiches were really good and filled me up on two. I wonder why I hear people hate on Arby’s.

In 1949, New Castle, Pennsylvania natives Forrest Raffel and his younger brother, Leroy Raffel, bought a restaurant equipment company based in Youngstown, Ohio from their uncle. ), and renamed it Raffel Brothers, Inc. By the early 1960s, the company had grown into a leading food service consulting company. Designing and building restaurants and analyzing the fast food market, the Raffel brothers came to the conclusion that there was an unoccupied niche for a chain of fast food restaurants based on dishes other than hamburgers. They decided that their future was to create such a network. In their opinion, the roast beef sandwich was ideal for the main course of the new restaurant chain. The Raffel brothers originally wanted to name their restaurants Big Tex, but that name was already taken. Then they came up with the name Arby’s, which comes from the first letters of the phrase “Raffel Brothers” (eng. Raffel Brothers – RB – Arby’s).

Every time I try to go there they are closer. I understand that we are in a small town with few workers. Pay more so you can honor your 24 hour commitment.

I have to quit coming here because I’m tired of being made to wait for my food next to stinky garbage cans. They make you pull up even when no one is in line, and quite frankly, the last thing I want to do is sit next to stinky hot summer garbage when I’m hungry. Seriously wasn’t hungry any more. Bummer, cause I love Arby’s.

Ive been in here several times with rude service, the ladies that work in there act like they hate you. They should take a lesson in Customer Service, if i could make it back there myself I would. They should really work on their attitude when customers come to their establishment. 1/10 service and this has recurred its not the first time. And it was 730 pm, on a Wednesday.

This is the one in Madras Oregon. I was walking to the bathroom in Loves and Arby’s cook passed me and went to urinal. I was only washing my hands, but he did his business, reholstered and walked right out. No hand washing of any kind. I walked past Arby’s and yes, he was in the kitchen preparing food. Not my kind of place.
