Thursday night date night and we decided to try ll Rione for a salad and pizza . We dined in ,the atmosphere was amazing and the service was on point. Had a house salad we wish it had more than just iceberg lettuce and for an Italian place just capers and goat cheese was a little plain. The waitress kept our water full . We ordered just a large cheese pizza which was very good , not the best we’ve had but definitely top 10. If you like new york style pizza its a must try , we will definitely be back .

There was a long wait, but the hostess offered two seats at the bar. This place is very busy but the staff is very efficient. We ordered a bottle of wine, house, salad, and pizza. The crust is absolutely the best if you enjoy a New York style, thin crust pizza. Marcus, the bartender was so efficient, nice and made our experience even better. We weren’t sure which of the two wines to order and he gave us taste of both wines so that we could decide. Their cocktails also looked fabulous. We will be back.

Hands down the best pie in Cleveland. Paper thin crispy bottom with a yeasty, tender outer crust. Amazing. The green pie is my favorite but I can’t imagine anything would be bad here. The bartender also makes some of the best cocktails in the area. Gotta try a Paper Plane or Aperol Spritz to go with your pizza.

Amazing pizza. As a pizza lover, this is the spot to buy your pizza. We got 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. It’s a busy place but it’s for a good reason. Great pizza

I’ve been to II Rione on many different occasions, but I’ve never been able to take a picture of my food before! By the time I remember to do so, it’s all gone! That’s how good II Rione pizza is! I always get the same three pizzas that I absolutely love – the Diavolo, the speck, the green. The diavolo- has pepperoni and Calabrian peppers, the green has their red sauce with swirls of their delicious house made pesto, and the speck is just divine- with ricotta, honey, pistachios and speck. This speck is my favorite followed by the green pie. My husband loves the diavolo a lot! Next time I go there, I’ll try to get their other pizzas!

We had 1/2 and 1/2 large green pie and diavolo pie. The green pie is the best pizza I have ever had and it’s a must try. Diavolo is a little spicy to me but definitely very flavorful. Birch beer makes the pizza better. This is best pizza in Cleveland. We will definitely come back here.

The taste of the pizza overall was great. It had a crisp, tasty crust and the toppings were fantastic. Unfortunately though, it had a soggy middle. We were sat in the back, which had horrible lighting, it was way too dark. We also had an issue with the small overpriced salad, and the service wasn’t the best. Next time we’ll order to go.

Best pizza I’ve had in years, all the staff was working their hardest and I cannot wait to go back. If you have to wait an hour, do it because the pizza is so worth it. Would not recommend for large groups the space is a bit tight.

It was my 1st time here and we found it average. Had 3 small pies and each was too doughy in the center. Margareta had one single sprig of basil. Back room very loud.

Great authentic pizza! Be ready to pay a good price though. Otherwise, the place definitely has a taste of style and social vibes. Not much space, so the place is very busy especially on the weekends. Parking was difficult due to narrow streets and business. Oh, they also don’t have chicken as a topping which is very interesting.
