Great spot. No drive thru so I went in. Most of the workers are Asian. Very nice. I ordered 3 pcs chicken tenders and they cooled them fresh. And since I waited about 2 min. They gave me 5 extra tenders.

I want to thank Chris Lowe who works at this location. I believe he is a manager. Recently, a law was passed in which sesame and sesame seeds needed to be labeled as an allergen in the ingredients. Well, many places order their buns/bread from one bakery. In an effort to save money, my daughter that is allergic to sesame cannot eat Chick-fil-A sandwiches anymore because their cheap owners cannot remove sesame/sesame flour from their ingredients… my daughter was bummed.

Food was very undercooked (fries and biscuits). Had to put food in air fryer to cook it. After eating some tenders, fries, and biscuits, had the worst diarrhea. Will never eat at this location again. It was my first time there and it will be my last time there. Plus waited 30 minutes for my order, which is ridiculous in itself.

This Popeyes location is goated I walk up in that piece like once a week for the spicy sandwich and every single time the chicken on the sandwich is humongous and juicy and hot and fresh oooohoohokjoooo insaneo dank you gotta cop a frozen lemonade with it too oh and very nice ladies behind the counter keep it up we love you.

This is one of the better Popeyes in my opinion in nova. I wasn’t impressed with the one located in Twin Brook Rd but at least this place has better customer service. I came here twice to get a spicy chicken sandwich for a quick meal after work and they got my order correctly. I do appreciate that the people behind the counters are very responsive and a soft personality but I can see some lack of confidence at the same time (which isn’t a problem for me). Some cons I would like to point out is the fact that their service is slow when there are only five people in line and they also don’t provide napkins unless you ask them for it. Besides that, I think this is a very average kitchen in Springfield.

Mistakes happen but, I asked for 2 mild fish sandwiches, asked the guy a second time to ensure he understood I wanted mild. Only to get all the way home and still have 2 spicy sandwiches. Frustrating when I had to wait extra time for my food to be incorrectly prepared.
