Kiki’s fries with everything on it extra sauce and extra cheese with well done fries. The fries definitely were not well done and they were pretty dry as in not much sauce was there . I’ve had this order a lot from another location and they do it spot on. There’s actually sauce leftover to dip stuff into by the end, as well as the fries being more crunchy

I was so excited to finally have a Kiki’s in Antelope, but that excitement was short lived. Every time I order from here, my order is incorrect. I’ll pay for extra sauce only to discover that they didn’t put it in my bag. Order garlic fries and come home to see plain fries. I shouldn’t have to check my order before leaving with my food. I’ve ordered in store, for pick up on DoorDash and through delivery on DoorDash and not once have I received an accurate order. If you order from DoorDash for pickup, the employees are particularly rude to you until they learn that you are the customer.

Super trashy front counter lady. She’s arguing on the phone with her boyfriend while we were waiting for our order. Asked about sauces and was very rude and snarky. No need to work customer service if you don’t like your job. Very unprofessional to be on the phone walking around while on shift arguing with your boyfriend.

Walked in at 10:45 and patiently waited in line, cashier was on the phone. Ok. By 10:55 she was still on the phone without acknowledging me so I googled the Kikis and it turns out they open at 11. I also work as a cashier and a simple “Hey we open at 11 but feel free to wait” would’ve done so much.. She said she was on the phone with her manager when I brought it up which is not a big deal, but I’m sure any manager would suggest quick communication with the customer. Giving 4 stars because it’s clean, the food is good and last time I came the service was great. Communication is key!

First time trying this place and I did not enjoy it at all. The chicken and fries were so soggy and lacking flavor, the consistency of the chicken tenders was stringy, I really wanted to like this place, the customer service was good at least.
