I give this place a good rating. Although the atmosphere doesn’t exactly fit for most people. The only reason for that is because of the location. As much as I enjoy a good hole in the wall, this location needs major restoration. It’s almost as if the owners just don’t care anymore. The employees are nice. The food is as good as usual. I want to see the building change. Make it more like how the buffet used to look like on South 70th. Also, parking is almost a nightmare. I definitely see the potential this place could become.

Valentino’s in Havelock is garbage this branch should be shut down, these clowns are an embarrassment to the entire Valentino’s franchise, you have a 100 percent chance of getting your order messed up in some way or another, like they literally can’t make a pepperoni pizza that’s too complicated I guess. If your thinking of eating here don’t. go to the branch off 35th holdrage st it’s worth the extra drive

I usually order carry out. I got it delivered because I was busy and didn’t want to stop what I was doing. It was perfect. Everything was sealed up. It was fresh. It got here quicker than expected. I am impressed.

ordered pizza for deliverry and was out side with my home health nurse .i called back after an hour and ad a half and they said there people tried to deliver it.wrong.thenoffered to make 1 if i wanted to wait another hour.told me he would credit my caed.not took a call to ms.messineo who after 5 days did it. havelock location sucks

There is a woman that answers the phone at this location at dinner time. She is soooo rude. Does not like the fact that I only order salads snd garlic bread. Last time I had a ordered she told me they were too busy to hurry on my small order and it would be ready when it was ready. Tonight she was extra rude. You could hear the frustration in her voice. She did not even say bye. Just hung up on me. Well, lady, my $19 worth of salad and bread is just as good as the next guys $19 pizza. I called another location and spoke with a manager and he said too bad. Call corporate tomorrow. Guess they don’t need business.
