The the first couple of times I went there food was great service was great everything was fine the last time I went we finished our whole breakfast no waffles no trying to come explain the ….why no waffles??? my companion never received a waffle it was just ridiculous I don’t know why the cook Jonathan couldn’t get it done??? The waitress never came to explain to us why we never received that waffle she just took it off the ticket which didn’t satisfie me I want to know why we didn’t receive it wih the breakfast it was part of the breakfast …???? she later told me when I went to pay for the ticket that he burned the first waffle it wasn’t even nobody in there a couple of people that’s it I don’t know why they didn’t comp my us for one breakfast since she didn’t even receive her full breakfast they just took a waffle off she wanted her waffle and they couldn’t provide the waffle it should have comped her.. I’ve been in customer service for 35 years I would have compef that breakfast or even both of them but they don’t know nothing about customer service there I had decided since the food was good the first couple times but it was a different cook there that I that was going to be my to go place but I probably would never go back..

Our food was way over cooked. It was so dry (hamburger,). The hashbrowns we’re so over cook they were so crispy we couldn’t even hardly chew them. It was an absolutely horrible experience and it was 30 something dollars I would not recommend this waffle House to anyone

I stopped at this Waffle house with my coworker on the night of Nov 17th around 8pm. We work on an ambulance and brought a patient to a local hospital from our hometown 2 hrs north. I can honestly say that this was the best waffle house experience I have had, and working in EMS as many years as I have, I’ve eaten at a lot of waffle houses. I do remember the cook’s name was Gregory, but I do not remember the young lady and young man’s name serving. But they were all so genuinely nice, friendly, and helpful. It was obvious they work well together and were all smiles the entire time we were there. I just want these three to get the recognition they deserve. The food was great as well. Employees like those three leave an impression on customers and make customers want to come back. I hope they’re there the next time we stop by. We had zero complaints.
