This particular location was a pleasant surprise in customer service. We stopped at 6:30pm March 1st and a man took our order. He seemed like he could be a newer hire but he was seriously the nicest person, was accurate with our order and just seemed like an overall caring employee. I told my husband that this guy looks like he should be managing a nice restaurant. We appreciate the great service!

Every time I get Mozzarella sticks they either forget the Marinara sauce or give me Berry sauce. I made a point at drive thru to ask for it today. Got 3 miles down the road, wrong sauce again. Now my Mozzarella sticks are cold. They usually do a good job but need to pay more attention. My French dip au jus is always watered down also. Now one apologied just said” I didn’t hear you so I gave u this sauce”. It doesn’t even go w it.

They changed the cup size for the shakes. A medium now looks like a small cup. And they are not being made the same as they were a few months back. They used to be “hand-crafted shakes and now they just look like they come out of a machine.
