I was so excited to try this place! My friends have been raving about it for months! I thought it was just okay. The Pho had a tasty broth, but it did not have the deep rich flavor that I was expecting. The meat was too chewy also. My husband’s Pad Thai that was overly sweet! The service was great though!

The broth in the Chicken Pho Ga was delicious! I couldn’t stop sipping it on my way home, the bad ratings from past reviews don’t math the quality at all. My soup was nice and hot and tasted delicious. The way everything was packaged was lovely and I was greeted at the door.

I’ve been before, and the wait staff and food were great. This time, I was literally ignored until I raised my arm to get attention. There were only 4 customers. Finally ordered, same thing when it came time to pay. White customers received immediate attention when they hit the door. I mentioned it on the receipt along with the $2 tip. This was done in protests; I don’t plan to ever return.

Used to come here frequently with my girlfriend until they changed owners. Last time I went really sealed the deal for me. We walked in the door at 9 pm and waited for someone to take our order for 10 minutes. A server approached us looking unsure and asked if we had been helped. We said no and she went into the kitchen only to come back and say “the kitchen closes at 9:30”. I looked at my phone and it was only 9:12. The restaurant doesn’t close until 10. As we walked outside to our car we noticed a server and the chef smoking cigarettes outside of the establishment. Seems as if they were honestly just too lazy to cook our meal! Loved the old staff and food. Now it’s filled with teenagers blasting trap music over the speakers and a grumpy old server who always seems overwhelmed and disgruntled. It’s a real shame because we truly did love this place for years! The old staff even knew our order when we walked in. Will not be back. 🙁

We walked in, was probably 4-5 tables, 2 of which were just leaving leaving, so not busy. Waiter pointed at a table for my daughter and I to sit down, without even greeting us. We sat there maybe 5-7 minutes reading the menu. We were not offered water or anything, at that point we were already annoyed that the service was bad. We were ready to order and waiter asked us to move tables. We asked why and he said it was too far for him. Seriously, the place is not big, probably 500 sqft. That was the topping on the cake. Walked out. Will never go back.

I called multiple times with tons of questions and each time, my cashier Alex was happy to help me each time. When I arrived, there were two cashiers, one who was doing nothing and was very nonchalant towards me, while Alex helped me out even when he was doing something else. He gave me his undivided attention and the process was speedy. All in all, Absolutely the best service I ever experienced and it was all thanks to Alex. He seemed to be the only cashier who was running around doing everything . So thank you Alex for the excellent service!!!!
