Last time I was there. It was an absolute train wreck. It took over 30 minutes for freaky fast subs to be made after calling in 15 minutes before. All locations have went to the gutter.

I’ve had a few issues with customer service there when I order in person. Nothing major, just the general lack of being polite and attentive that seems to be the norm anywhere these days. But I’ve been ordering delivery lately while at work, and I gotta say… JJ’s excels at THAT. It truly is freaky fast how quickly my food arrives, and the drivers are always so friendly and respectful. My orders are always spot on accurate and the drivers always call my cell and make sure where to meet me for the delivery. I am extremely satisfied and even impressed at that part of their service. And I could eat those food every day and be happy. Delicious.

Cashier and people are rude af. She just stared at me and then gave me a look, as if I was just suppose to know to order with out her asking. After the transaction she just left with out saying anything, or handing me a drink (how was I suppose to know the transaction was over).
