I’ve never had a place try to talk me out of ordering food. Said 40 minute wait when I went to order. I said okay. They went silent. Asked me if I had my order taken ten minutes later. I said no. They then said hey it’s probably going to be over twenty minutes. Okay, that’s fine. Get to the window are you sure you want the order, it’s going to be 30 minutes or more. YES I JUST WANT THE ORDER. Just watched over thirty cars leave as I sit here waiting. A Saturday night and losing money like crazy. Come on.

When I come through the drive through An order hot and ready pepperoni pizzas I expect them to be hot and ready because that is the way they are advertised. However at this location you are asked to pull up and wait for your food to be ready. You sit here forever waiting for your food to be ready while other people are driving through the drive-thru and getting exactly what you ordered. This location forgets about the people who are still here in the parking lot waiting and by the time they remember your food is cold.

Well it certainly wasn’t hot and ready but it did not take them too terribly long maybe about 10 minutes to make a fresh cheese bread. That’s fine with me since it was fresh and just came out of the oven.

Customer service was awful. Went through drive-thru and said it was a 12-15 min wait (which is totally fine) but we had to call them after being outside waiting for over 30 mins and they kept holding us. Then said it was ready just needed to be put in box and took out. Then about 8-10 mins later called again, and put on hold again and said she would check and it would be right out. Then after sitting in the car for over 40+ mins I went inside to get a refund and it was just sitting there while the girls were goofing off, and one of them I’d spoke to before and she just had a bad attitude. I don’t mind to wait but I had other food called in somewhere else we were also supposed to pick up. But 40+ mins for 1 pizza (slices & stix pizza) with the worst customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Quiet ridiculous.

Only 2 people working. One making pizza and the other was In Restroom. I always enjoy the lunch combo. Just enough and then some. Maybe some of the employees were sick. Hope they are better soon.

I deliver for GH & went to LC’s. When I arrived, I was told my pickup order was coming out of the oven. When it did, I saw them give the pizza for my order to someone in the drive thru. Again (5 mins later), I was told it was coming out the oven & AGAIN they gave it to someone in the drive thru!!! I waited approx 15-20 mins before they Finally had my order ready. During this time they offered me a free crazy bread for having to wait so long but did I Get it, uhhh NO! I’m out here trying to make a living just like Everyone Else & I DO NOT appreciate their UNprofessional & UNtimely attitude in wasting my time!

The person giving and taking the orders was rude AF, she answered the phone after I had waited 50 minutes and then hung up on me. I went inside to get my order they tried to say I never paid for it, turns out she charged me for the wrong order. 0/10 do not recommend going there. I even called ahead at 3:13 pm so it would be ready when I got there, pulled forward and waited for 40 minutes before I decided to finally go in and ask what the deal was then she proceeded to accuse me of not paying for my order. It was all around a terrible experience and I will never be going there again!

We paid for our order in the drive thru at 8:03pm on a Wednesday evening. They asked us to park and wait for our order of cheesy bread. The people behind us received their order before we did. We didn’t get our food until 8:24 p.m. Service was severely lacking.
