Ordered stuff crust, pizza melt and bread sticks with 2 extra marinara…I receive zero marinara. When I called I was told there should have been a bag of sauces, then told she knows she put the sauce in the breadsticks cause she did it herself…though she did credit me for the sauce, she was not happy about the situation and more less treated us as if we were lying about it…

If you want a late delivery by door dash instead of a prompt delivery by a store driver, then by all means make an order at this Pizza Hut . And the cheese melts are not as advertised. I was told that these cheese melts were crunchy, but they shouldn’t crack a tooth. The employee that I talked to initially had a problem speaking English. Then the manager was a minority worker, usually found in that neighborhood, so I was dismissed without even trying to right a wrong on their behalf. Live and learn..wasting 25 bucks at the same time.

My food tasted so good, I Family Big Box was great, the pan pizza crust was cooked to perfection ( I hadn’t liked the way they switched the pan crust but this time it was like the old school)….. I hadn’t had Pizza Hut in awhile and it really wasn’t anything to write home about. The thin crust I got was a tad bit hard but the toppings were good. The service was great, but I just wish the pizza was better overall for the price it was.

I’ve always loved pizza hut but the service at this one sucks. I never call and complain but they get my order wrong every time. Called to complain and he says im sorry this happened to you and hung up on me. It’s not a big thing I just want my pizza double cut for the baby and the extra sauce that comes with it. Every single time it’s never done. Anywhere else I go they always do it. Won’t be ordering from this location anymore!
