Great BBQ food! Everything was falling off the bone! Mac and cheese delicious and the mashed potatoes had cheese in it! The garlic parmesan bread that they bring out is so soft and warm I can’t wait to go back again.

I came with a girlfriend of mine for the build your own plate. It was my first time here but she had been to Rosie’s many times before. The cashier mentioned due Covid and being understaffed they changed their concept to ordering at the counter and food being brought to you instead of having table side service.

This is a very large place and the food prices are fair. I thought the ribs are average, but the brisket was pretty good and my wife had the hotlink, and that was the most flavorful thing that we had. If you’re in the neighborhood and like to support local businesses, probably worth the stop. The baked beans where not for me

Only went there because nearby Dickey’s closed down. Decided to order for take out, got home, and total disappointment on the tri tip sandwiches. First, I have normally had tri tip on garlic bread or some type of roll but not on a bun. Second, I found 3 slices of meat which had no flavor whatsoever, third my mac and cheese side order was tasteless. I ended up using my own bbq sauce so I could get my $20 dollars worth at the end. This was my meal. The meat had no flavor, the hamburger bun could have been a roll , the mac and cheese tasteless.

I have been coming here for some time now, good food overall. The garlic dinner rolls are not complimentary anymore, we had to pay on our last visit. The tri tip is soft and tender, the BBQ chicken was cooked perfectly, the meat fell off the bone. The side dishes were okay, mash potatoes were a bit dry, even with the gravy IMO. The staff are friendly, but service lacked on our last visit. Now with covid you have to place your whole order as you walk in, at the registers and then it is brought out to your table. There is no more get seated first and look through the menu. Waitress forgot to bring our kids drinks, and had forgotten to bring my wife’s salad bar plate till we asked a different staff member. She basically forgot about our table, until we were ready to leave she returned. Place does get a bit busy at times, and parking lot is small so parking gets difficult to find during busy times. Update 9/12/22: Their menu seems to have gotten smaller and we were told they only have plated options, so choose two meats, a side and drink for about 20 plus dollars each plate. That seemed perfectly fine with me, but when I got my plate, it had 4 small pieces of brisket and it was literally mostly fat. I don’t know why they changed their menu and style from before, it used to be a great spot to dine at. Now, unfortunately that was the last time I will have visited this place, too expensive IMO for what you get.

This is very different Rosie’s then whet I had before. The front door service was nice, friendly. The guy took my order and was professional, BUT! that’s where it all stopped. They brought out our food. I had the Tri Tip a la carte, and The potato skins. They were very good. And nothing else was good about them at all. I went up front to get a few containers to go, and the girl seemed very annoyed. She told me they do not offer a hostess service. They only have 2 employees on staff. There business looked just like we that. Their were about 4 customers in the restaurant including me and my wife. Food good, everything else was Absolutely Horrible.

Excellent reviews were one of the main reasons I gave this place a try. I felt the need to leave this to deter others from making the same mistake. I ordered Brisket, mashed potatoes and Mac, all were subpar. The Mac and cheese tastes store bought and honestly not even brand names it was so plain, the mashed potatoes (my favorite food btw, yes it’s weird lol) were dry and tasted like they had something weird in them that didn’t complement the taste at all. Onto the main dish, the reason I wanted bbq was for good brisket. It was atrocious. I thought it smelled unappetizing with a strong pickled smell before I even got a chance to take a bite and it went downhill from there. On top of being cut lengthwise and improperly distributing the fat, it simply didn’t taste good. It tasted like pickled meat without the mesquite and I don’t recommend this place at all. Will not be returning. Save yourself an overpriced stomach ache.

Such a great place for some tri tip if you want to try a new place and support small businesses. My optometrist is in this plaza and I seen this place for a while but never had a chance to try it until tonight. I place my order through Google which uses postmates and selected pick up. I got the Tri Tip with their fire fries and Mac & chesse jalapeños. I was surprise they didn’t give me an option on how I wanted my tri tip cooked. I was told it would take about 30 minutes for my order to he ready. When I got to place, finding parking was difficult especially during covid time. Almost all the parking spaces were taken and it’s not a big lot since there other shops over there. I saw that they had outdoor dining setup but due to the new covid restrictions, no customers are allowed to eat outside. When I walked in, I give my name to pickup my order and they had it ready. The tri tip was good to me, it was cooked to medium. I like my tri tip medium rare. The fire fries was great in my opinion, something different but I didn’t really like the Mac & chesse jalapeños.

The barbecue at this place is legit! I’m visiting from the Dallas area, and I can say without hesitation that the brisket at Rosie’s is right up there with the best that you’d find in Texas. The pork belly burnt ends and pulled pork were also exceptional! Delicious sides, and don’t forget the fresh-made lemonade! I didn’t get a chance to try their sauces, but you honestly don’t need it with this meat. All in all, a great experience. I’ll be back for sure!
