The burgers here are always my favorite. These did not disappoint. I love the shredded lettuce, pickles, and sauce the put on them. I ordered onion rings that were a bit on the flavorless side, but the stuffed jalapeños were pretty good. They were not too spicy.

The food was hot but absolutely lacked Flavor and the fries were soggy and flavorless. The chili was super watery and tasted like it was literally just watered down. It was a huge disappointment I was so hungry I tried to force myself to still eat it but couldn’t. Chili burger was literally falling apart from all the moisture and the patty wasn’t seasoned either.

Hidden away behind the shopping center lies Tam’s #23. This little hole-in-the-wall joint is turning out great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And they have been, for years. Offering friendly, courteous service, with a smile. And all at decent prices. So if you haven’t been there in awhile…revisit Tam’s #23. And if you’ve never been there…be good to yourself. Because this place is worth the visit. You’ll be glad you did.
