Personally I think this place has one of the best tasting pizza in Commack. We used Milano’s for my daughter’s birthday party and all the kids loved the pizza and you know what they say kids are honest. Parents loved the catering trays we got as well. Overall an excellent takeout experience and our guests were satisfied.

Found this place on Uber Eats. It is far and away the best place in the area (I come from 2 towns over for it). Pizza is good but entrees are GREAT! You can tell they use very high quality ingredients. Best vodka sauce around too. Give it a shot.

Went in at 11:15am. There in case there was a fresh regular pie and then a tray with 1 buffalo slice, 1 penne slice, 1 Marsala slice, 1 ceasar salad slice, 1 (whatever slice)…all looked like they were from yesterday….and they were….no one sells 7 slices of 5 different pies 15 minutes after they were open. Begrudgingly got 2 regular slices which were awful. It was also 80 degrees outside and no AC on in the place. Guy behind the counter was sweating like a pig. They made fresh manicotti and it was so good. Even better the next day. The pizza was delicious and had just the right crispness. Very nice people behind the counter. Usually hard to find that in a pizzeria.
