My experience at the Burger King location was good. Took my family to dine in, and the inside was updated, clean, and organized. The cashers speak English and Spanish. They took my coupons via mobile and promptly took my order. The table were cleaned and food was well served. It was moderately busy, but only via drive thru.

Clean bathroom and dining room area, but the service seemed rather chaotic. Two guys seemed to be running things. One guy was pleasant but very slow. The other guy seemed very loud and frustrated about everything and had a bad attitude. Our order was wrong, which is kinda what we expected anyway. The other surprising thing was that although it was a lunch hour, the dinning room was not very busy. Nevertheless the staff seemed in a state of chaos and confusion as though the place was packed when it wasn’t.

This is my second visit to this location in 4 years and my most recent visit yesterday (March 26,2023) the Royal chicken sandwich I bought was cold, not even warm. The fries were room temperature at best. Nothing like cold french fries. I love Burger King, but this was horrible. Service was good at the drive thru. I’ll definitely think twice before coming back to this location.

Pull in to order breakfast for my employees, I’m told by the MANAGER that it’s going to take a long time because it’s a big order… 5 sandwiches is a big order…ok. I might agree if this was a busy time of day or even a busy store. There was literally 1 car in the parking lot. I guess this is why this locations parking lot is always empty. They chase away the customers that want to give them business. I’d be curious to talk to the franchisee and see what he has to say about his manager chasing away what could have been good repeat business for his store. I would give it zero stars if it let me.
