This is coming from someone who was the only one in her family that never got to try before and got to try it for the first time, I loved it! There was a leak in the ceiling, but it didn’t destroy the vibe. The workers were nice, and the food was fire. Crispy batter and fluffy meat. My older sister was disappointed that long john silvers were closing down near places where she lived. But soon, I can’t wait to tell her about this place next time we go to South Bend.

I was there for dinner. There was a wait, but doable. The staff here is always nice.

This location is nice. However, I can tell that my food was sitting in the window for a while before being dished. It wasn’t cooked to order. The Manager was on the register and was disciplining employees while we were being served. It made for an awkward experience. No “to go” boxes for leftovers. We were given an open cardboard tray and paper bag. The coleslaw was phenomenal.

Doing her best with either an untrained staff or a poorly trained one. The quality of service lacked a bit, but she made up for it! Too bad her efforts can’t make the food better. The quality chain wide has drastically dropped!!

It’s one of them fast joints that tries but falls short of being great. But I can’t help but to give them four stars for trying. Fish and fast food isn’t easy and the food was good, service was good and the place was even clean. Value is a weak spot though. But fish isn’t cheap. It’s a tough market. But, it’s still a weak spot. Other improvements I think would be with the menu layout. They still got breaded clams but they clearly don’t offer a meal on the menu for it. They have one, just not on the menu. Other than that 4 stars.

After ordering food I was asked to pull up. Four cars went thru and I still hadn’t got my food.

Their website says they closed at 9 pm. Drive there only to find the doors were locked. Time was 8:16 pm. Okay we thought maybe it was Drive thru only. But when we went to the speaker, no one answered. Finally after 5-10 minutes, I called, twice before someone finally answered. When I asked if they were open, the guy said no, they close at 9 pm. When I replied that all my clocks said it was 8:36 pm. They simply hung up on me.

Haven’t eaten here for awhile and forgot how good it is. Always love the Cole slaw and hush puppies. Delicious! Nice change of pace.

If I could give a -10 I would! We ordered the 12 pics meal w 3 sides. We wanted 6 fish & 6 chicken planks… we got 4 fish & 6 planks. It was supposed 2have hush puppies? Umm where? We didn’t get not even 1 hush puppy! You would think there would be tartar sauce for fish, sweet sour sauce for the planks?… not a single pack of either!!! The 2 large rice was only 3/4 full…. & the fries were soggy. The fish & planks tasted old! We threw out our whole meal! A waste of time, energy, & gas 2try 2havr a good mral… this place? Is no way a good meal!

Was one of my favorite places, but like all its competitors quality has gone down while the price goes up. The fish is always oily (they have the proper fryers just why?) And the salt content is crazy high and I love salt, but this is pretzel salt salty. The staff is nice enough friendly and courteous. The product is the issue. Fish and fries are great just not from here.
