I have been coming here for 2 years now on a consistent basis. Today, I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the male server who serves during the day. It started with once I sat down which was 11:30 when they opened. I mentioned it was a bit hot and asked if their air was working (simple question) non-accusatory, the waiter then alludes to the fact that I walked right in once they opened and maybe the restaurant would’ve been colder had I not come in when they opened. After letting him know multiple times I was fine with where I sat, he moved my menu anyways to an area I did not want to be in. The water cup I was given was broken and making pools of water on my table- he did not change it although noticing I was wiping water the table the entire time. Last but not least— after paying my bill in exact change he has the nerve to ask me where the tip is. After seeing my face absolutely mortified by that question, he tried to joke around and say “wasn’t the food made with love?” My food wasn’t packed up, and I was nowhere near ready to leave. Usually I leave the cash tip on the table as I head out. I responded by letting him know I wasn’t leaving yet and I had planned on putting it on the table. I felt so uncomfortable by this exchange I wanted to let him know for future reference. After coming up to the counter and giving him his tip in hand, I told him he really should not assume someone is not giving him a tip and him asking me that way made me uncomfortable. He says “okay have a nice day goodbye” over and over again and I repeated- no you made me very uncomfortable and an apology would’ve been nice. He laughed at me as I walked out. This was somewhere I went once a week easily and I really enjoyed all the workers I’ve had thus far but this experience really made me uncomfortable to ever come back. Please don’t allow your servers to do this again, this ruined my dining experience

The absolute best Tom Yum soup. Order the one with noodles and you will not be disappointed. Every time there are 5 enormous shrimp that take 2-3 bites to finish one and these bad boys are the reason this is the best soup in the neighborhood. Huge portion and the broth is to die for. I salivate just writing about it. If you order it to go it’s even better. All the ingredients are so fresh and packed separate so you can add more or less to taste. Last week I had it three days in a row and I never eat anything three times in a row without getting bored. The prices are very reasonable and other dishes are just as good.

We’ve ordered from here 4/5 times and each time there is something disappointing. The wings are good but that’s about it. For the money you pay it’s unfortunately not worth it to eat here anymore. I got the pho ga and more than half of the chicken was undesirable rubbery dark bits. I understand these pieces are technically fine to eat but the texture is off and it’s generally unappealing to see in my soup. Also the broth really doesn’t have much flavor without doctoring it up at home.

I only review Pho Dac biet: Not bad. But the broth is not hot. Staff are not friendly. Selling Vietnamese food but no one can speak Vietnamese?! I can’t go back!

It was delicious and ACTUALLY SPICY! Hard to find spots that are genuinely spicy here in Boston. I ordered chicken tom yum noodle and ordered “super spicy” expecting it to be mild at best. Nope! It posed quite a challenge and left me crying a little. My drink and Tod Mun were also delicious (even Tod Mun was spicy!). Definitely try this place.

Recently opened in the chiswick road right oppsite to the T station. Food took so long to get prepared even there was only couple of guests in the resturant. Food taste is okay not great tho. Red curry was good, spicy wings need a little more seasoning.
