My husband & I order from the union hills location a lot. Tonight, Friday January 13, we went through the drive through. I got a taco salad, supposed to have no tomatoes because I’m highly allergic to tomatoes. I specifically said NO TOMATOES. I got home & tomatoes were everywhere inside AND no guacamole. Very frustrating!

I love Filiberto’s ! They’re always so friendly and their soaked carrots are the absolute best I’ve ever had, ever! I’m always sure to leave a generous tip for all the hard work that they do to make the food perfect, and they’re so quick to have your order ready, before you are. Lol I definitely recommend going here. Their drive thru is also open 24 hours! Awesome!

Although the food is good, the counter employee is flat out rude. First, the employee rang the order incorrectly. When the error was pointed out, the employee stated that what was entered was what I said (which it was not). The sale hadn’t been finalized, so changing it should not have been a big deal anyway. The order was corrected but I could tell the employee wasn’t happy about it. I started to ask a question about the kids meal drink, but stopped and said never mind, as the menu board indicated it would be a small juice. When the food was ready, there was no kids drink. I asked where it was and the same employee said that I said I didn’t want it (which I did not). A small cup was provided which was filled at the fountain. Since this was a to go order, I asked for a lid for the kids drink and was told that there were no lids for that size cup. I then requested a cup with a lid and the employee stated I would have to pay for that cup. I asked to speak with the manager and the employee identified themself as the manager, and that I had caused trouble with the entire order and should leave now or the police would be called.

I have a dairy and egg sensitivity. I put that repeatedly in all caps through out my order and still received all of my food slathered in this creamy sauce. This is the second time this has happened. Clearly listening and instructions are not their forté.

Super clean even the bar with chips and salsa and the ladies room was spotless, my taco salad even looked amazing, the guys behind the counter always seem happy I love the music while waiting if it’s something for me or picking up Uber Eats, I have one closer to me but my favorite one by far, kudos to the manager/owner

Pretty Average place, good food, I usually get the Carne Asada fries and its always fresh. The service can be a bit iffy sometimes, but the atmosphere is well articulated. Especially good for late night cravings!

Ordered rolled tacos with cheese and guac through Uber eats to my place of employment for lunch as i don’t have time to leave the building. In the instructions i added twice (in two different spots) for green sauce only please. Upon arrival these sauces in the exact condition were in the bag. It seems as someone is obviously not preparing them correctly and the person packaging the food does not pay attention to detail. As for the tacos, there was hardly any guac…

Poor food quality, we were served overcooked food and the girl who took our order refused to take it back and give us new order or refund us the money and her manager is even more rude than her. I’m surprised the city haven’t closed this place down yet. I will be reaching to the city to report this place.
