Wow! Great service. Took the car side delivery option and it went great. Pizza was hot, cinnamon twists were warm and soft! This was my first time ordering from this location and will be returning! Great job team! Employees don’t get enough credit, thank you!

I ordered an online pizza and chose the traditional hand the pizza to me at door option and they delivered my pizza and placed it on the floor on my porch a stray dog came and ate my pizza and my dessert and I called and a lady answered the phone and said she would get the manager then a male who did not say his name was very rude because he didn’t even allow me to finish explaining to him what happened when he said to bad my driver went by the instructions to leave at the door which where old instructions that I did not know where still on there he didn’t even care and didn’t allow me to speak because I was like you are unprofessional you are not letting me explain that my food was destroyed he said they went by instructions and said he would take my number off there delivery list and hung up on me obviously they have bad ratings on management here and clearly haven’t got rid of the rude manager. I am very upset I will never order from this place again go somewhere else….save your money they probably mistreat your food. Read all there ratings. I have never gotten treated like this before by any establishment. Wow!!!!

Ordered and food got delivered by Reina arrived quickly on a Sunday evening, below the 38-48 minute estimated time. She was very polite and respectful delivering my meals. I received all items however the Chicken Habanero sandwich (1 of 3 items ordered) didn’t have any mango habanero sauce, which is a key ingredient on it and in it’s name. When calling to see what could be done, the wait time was not long (total call time was 5 minutes and 11 seconds). Manager on duty who didn’t provide his name stated he could give credit for my next purchase but as a pregnant woman, this craving for this sandwich wasn’t going to keep me happy nor was I going to eat a incomplete sandwich meaning I’d still be hungry. I asked if it could be remade, the manager stated it would take 30-40 minutes and I agreed because as mentioned, the food didn’t take too long to arrive initially. He did not ask for any information to be able to identify me when I went to pick up the order nor did he allow me to end the call as the customer, which is the first thing in customer service you do. He didn’t even say anything as to indicate he was ending the call, just hung up.

Soo! The food at this location is so good, it was rather fast, as we had 20 minutes to go to the near by Kroger to get some drinks and ingredients we needed for the next day. Easy to order, the guy who took our order was nice and easy to talk to

The manager named Joe is extremely rude. He has no respect for customers or customer service. He cancels the online orders if he doesn’t feel like doing them and when I call to get a reason, he says, “I tried calling you but no one answered, the drivers are full right now so it will be a long wait time”. To remind you that I received no call once so ever and I order from this store almost everyday so they know who I am. I just can’t understand why he keeps canceling my orders and I have to reorder them that to much to deal with as a customer.

Took an hour just to get to deliver my pizza manager should of stepped up and made the delivery happen on time I waited way more than an hour manager Steve said my order would be here by 12and that was a lie don’t say when your going to deliver if you can’t live up to your promises. Very disappointed this store is trash management is poor on living up to expectated time of delivery!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager Joe was very rude and disrespectful. I noticed the young lady making the pizza was on her phone, scratched her ear and then began touching the food without washing her hands. I mentioned it to Joe, he said it doesn’t matter the food isn’t raw and that he was too busy to deal with my concern.

Got a call immediately after placing my order saying it was going to be over an hour and a half before getting my order. I told them it was ok and I was surprised by how fresh all the food was. Goes to show they didn’t cook the food ahead of time and let it sit even though they were behind. Most other places would just let your food sit

I have been ordering pizzas every week from this location Woodforest/Normandy Houston Texas and YES they have had times that I did not get the pizza to my specification of ordering but I can give a thumbs up AND 5******REVIEW to the fact that the manager Conrad is excellent In addressing and taking care of you personally of any complaints or giving you credit for a reorder of the item that was not correct I am very pleased with their customer service and the excellent pizzas

Worst customer service ever. The “general manger” joe needs to take classes on how to speak to a customer I’ve always ordered from this location to have pizza delivered NO MORE!!¡ I will rather pick up from another location then to deal with this location. Do not waste your time or money here. Now I see why there is such a turn around rate on employees there!
