I have been to better JJ’s in my life. The food is fine, it is the service that is somewhat of an issue. Do not get me wrong the service people are not rude etc, they are just… I guess the word is dry. They do not necessarily make you feel welcome, again not rude or anything, just uninviting. Like… They are reading from a script and cannot derail from said script.

Ordered a plain turkey slim for my son. Upon opening the sandwich, I was shocked. There was such little turkey. Not even enough to cover the bread in a single sheet. Overpriced for what you’re getting. I know of a couple better sub shops that don’t disappoint.

Got food here a few times, each time something goes wrong. Dining in one time and we got forgotten, our sandwiches just sitting on a shelf somewhere. Another time we got the wrong sandwiches (they weren’t busy or anything). Another time the sandwiches were just poorly made. I love Jimmy Johns, this one just isn’t always spot on.
