Part of a small food truck park in downtown hutto, i got the Kkona, but went right before closing, so they were out of sausage, so ot had brisket, pulled pork, and mac n’ cheese.

The BBQ is so good!!! Flavorful, good cooking. The Mac and cheese has a kick and the Kona is super satisfying. We’re trying to portion control right now so we split a Kona, but I do recommend trying a whole one at least once!!

Oh my goodness! This is by far the best bbq in Hutto! Do yourself a favor, drive past the famous “local” chain and eat here instead! You will not regret it. Brisket, ribs and pulled pork are amazing!

If you haven’t experienced this food truck yet, get on it. Absolutely amazing food. My fav is the pulled pork and every single time, it’s so tender and delicious and exactly the perfect portion. And is affordable.

The brisket and the ribs were the only thing I enjoyed. We bought the platter with all 4 meats and all 3 sides and those were the only 2 things we ate.The owners are nice but the food left something to be desired . The ribs and the brisket are where its at.
