I purchased 2 medium pizzas, one cheese and one Mearzza. I used the pickup window. When I arrived home and opened the boxes BOTH pizzas were burnt. I also bought the pepperoni cheesy bread, though it wasn’t burnt it was tough. We ate half of the food and gave up. I am shocked that they allowed those to walk out there door. In hindsight I wish I had taken a photo to share. Even though that is the store closest to my house, I doubt I will return there. I am one who generally only leaves positive feedback but when I awoke the next day I was still irritated and decided to get it off my chest. In case management wants to look up my order it was order number 660 on Saturday 8/26 and my pickup time was roughly 6:15 PM.

Every time I get dominoes from this location across from kroger they always do a great job. The carry out large deal hand tossed and pan pizza is always good and the kids love it. I’m happy though with being a kokomo resident I found a dominoes that has great pizza on time and delicious every time. Good job dominoes employees, keep up the good work.

Nathan delivered our pizza. We had our autistic grandson that was being pretty aggressive wanting him to write his name down. Nathan did and was very sweet about it. I apologized and he said no problem. Hat’s off to Nathan.

Food is always hot, service is quick, and I don’t get sick from eating it so that’s a plus lol. The app sometimes doesn’t let you know when your order is ready for pickup. Aside from that the one on Washington St is the one I go to because the service has always been great.

The food is great! Anytime I request special instructions they always make our order the way requested. Everything always tastes fresh. Online ordering is very easy. Every time I order the food gets here hot and fast. I always pick ordering pizza from this store as opposed to other places. I will be a customer as long as Domino’s is around.
