They decided the change the size of a lemonade large from literally a large to a small and then fill it to the brink with ice and barley any drink! The mozz sticks were ice cold.

Nothing against the staff….but Arby’s has been steadily going downhill. I blame it on Covid maybe…. maybe. I think companies have just gotten cheaper…. Yes, the roast beef hasn’t changed, but the rest of the menu has and uses lower quality ingredients. Service is fine, the atmosphere is fine…. just the menu stinks. The curly fries are tasteless just like the chicken and the brisket and everything else. Fast food is almost dead and Arby’s is on life support.

At 6:45 pm when placing order, the young man on drive thru wasn’t paying attention at all to what was being said. He just kept asking what the items were, what size, what to drink even though it was all previously stated numerous times. Very frustrating. Couldn’t see his name tag from the window unfortunately or I would have called the resturant directly to complain. People working the order taking terminal for the drive thru need to be better trained or better monitored to ensure they aren’t slacking off on their phone. The woman at the window who greeted us was very friendly, polite and accommodating. She verified what items were ordered to ensure the order was correct. Food was good. Very, very tired of people never paying attention when placing an order and then getting the wrong food 85% of the time.
