The 4 star review is for their Chinese chicken salad. Its excellent, big portion, and has delicious dressing. Very good value for the money. However, their chicken off-the-bone is consistently dry and flavorless, which makes their wraps and sandwiches extremely disappointing. Although I completely appreciate the fact its not highly processed chicken that most places have these days, they seem to have missed the mark in developing good flavor for their most popular ingredient. Their on-the-bone chicken is good though. Regardless, the salad is delicious and worth driving a bit further away to get one. I’m pretty sure it’s to-go or outdoor dining exclusively, so just make sure you are prepared for that.

Food was OK, but the service is ridiculous. The owners must be the type of people that wear 15 masks while driving their car alone with latex gloves on. The girl who took my order had less personality than a Wooden Indian. If you have an addiction to Covid 19 booster injections, then this place is a great choice for you.

This is easily one of my favorite go to places for delicious rotisserie chicken! The food is consistently delicious and very reasonably priced. I tend to favor dark meat so I often order the 3 piece leg and thigh chicken, which is super moist and flavorful with the meat often falling off the bone. I also typically pair it with the roasted potatoes with sautéed onions and spices and they are scrumptious! The potatoes are a mixture of sweet potatoes and russet potatoes that are seasoned and cooked to perfection! Lastly, I will usually choose the Caesar salad side option

We order from the Woodland Hills location often and we’re surprised one night to find that my Chinese chicken salad had no chicken! After calling and speaking to the manager, Shawn, he offered a refund or promised to make it right on our next visit. He took my name and a few weeks later not only remembered me, fulfilled his promise 10 fold. He made sure our next order was perfect, comped our entire meal AND added some cookies for good measure. Shawn is an incredible manager who really understands customer service. As a business owner myself, having someone like Shawn manage your store is a real gift. Thank you, again Shawn! You made our night (and many others as I relayed this story singing your praises. And the food is good too)

So very sad the company got rid of indoor dining, the 411 salad, and changed their food service. I used to take my kids, go with friends, enjoy a casual atmosphere and dine here. But now all that is over. You can’t even enter the restaurant, no more atmosphere, no more gatherings. Prices are what they are, and that is not an issue for me. I’m sad this company decided to let 2019 conditions ruin what they used to have for their customers. Now, it’s totally impersonal. Order on line, drive to a line, pick up, drive away… So sad CCC. You once had a really good thing.

Atmosphere? There is none. Went to order. It was so hot – imagine asking customers to eat out in the patio at 106 degrees. Using Covid as an excuse to cut service. We went with our two daughters and the heat was unbearable. We couldn’t bear the heat to even order because even ordering & waiting for the food is outdoors!!

Got take out. Big fan. Healthy food, good prices, fast and efficient take out. The chicken and salad work for about 3-4 people. Make sure you get the salsa. Even though the chicken is flavorful, the salsa is the game changer and what puts it over the edge.
