If I could leave ZERO stars I would. The girl whom was working at 1:50 pm on Tuesday afternoon 8/15 was the most unprofessional, NASTY , arrogant employee I have ever experienced at any establishment!! Omg!! I have been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for a long time. I have never seen this girl and I really do hope that the owner sees this review and fires her because she should not buy any means be working with the public !! How in Gods creation does this human have a job! I am beyond shocked! Zero class , zero etiquette! Learn kindness!! and how to treat your customers!!! Aside from that this DND has a serious issue with their lids. It’s bad enough they hand you your coffee, dripping all over the sides of your cup …well you might as well bring a roll of paper towels through the drive-through, because 9 out of 10 times your coffee is going to spill all over you when you take a sip!! Pathetic truly!

I was the only car in the drive-thru and somehow they still managed to give me a coffee that is completely different from the one I ordered about 30 seconds prior, when you try to call for a refund they just don’t answer the phone and the app doesn’t work to try and contact people through that.

I live much closer to another dunkin but I prefer to go to this location because of their extremely fast service and friendly staff. I go to the drive thru every Monday-Friday & my food and coffee come out perfect every time. Kudos to the pine beach staff!

It doesn’t matter if I am miles away and have to drive out of my way- I REFUSE to go to any other Dunkin other than the Pine Beach location. The employees are always the sweetest with the best attitudes, and will without fail every time be as accommodating and patient with their customers. The products are consistent in quality and always reasonable in prices, despite the inevitable rise in inflation. If this Dunkin ever goes under, so will I! This location is superior and I would take a bullet for them any day.

I was in the drive thru and the girl working the window had a bad attitude. I ordered 3 boxes of K-cups and she was handing them to me when I asked if she could put them in a bag, she gave me such a dirty look and acted as if I was asking for too much.
