Delicious food and the customer service here is amazing! Watching them be so polite to each other while training newbies is refreshing. Everyone was smiling and friendly. This is our first time at a Firehouse Sub sandwich shop. We have no reference of other stores. We bought a full size Italian sandwich. It is so soggy on the bottom it fell apart. There was a sweet flavor I am not sure what that was. The meat was mostly ham. We will not be going back to a Firehouse Sub shop.

This has gotta be the best Firehouse I’ve ever been to. First off, the sandwiches were incredible and the atmosphere in the restaurant itself is awesome. I got to speaking with the manger or the owner of the store about whether or not they would bring back the hot sauces they used to have sitting out in the open to try. He wasn’t sure if they’ll ever end up bringing it back but he asked which one I used to like. A few minutes later he brought out a bottle of the hot sauce and gave it to me to take home!!! Such a great team that works there. We’ll be back.

This place used to be clean, 5 to 6 people working with only a couple customers and the place was filthy, from the tables to trash and food on floors. Kids working were mostly busy talking to each other than maintaining the eating area. Sad to see such a nice place not care about cleanliness. I could of taken so many pics given the whole area was filthy.
