I spent 15 minutes making my order and customizing 3 sandwiches. Once I completed the order and drove to the restaurant, somehow the order had nit gone through and was not saved. I ordered through the drive thru but some of the customizations were not actually done. The app for burgerking never seems to actually work as it should.

Ordered a Bacon double cheeseburger from the drive thru, they forgot my bacon. Went inside to let them know I didn’t pay an extra $1 for nothing. And since the cashier and manager had to lift the bun to see there was no bacon, I asked for a new burger! This is what I got for an extra $1! SMH! Went down the street to McDonald’s!
