Please keep the local family restaurant of Maya Taqueria as a primary source for your Mexican cuisine. The dishes are familiar to most, plus the menu is extended on Fridays and Saturdays. The quality of the protein is high, and prepared upon order. Alongside with the entree I ordered the cheese dip which complimented the hips and salsa very well. Please don’t shy away from the homemade salsa. Lastly, enjoy your meal with fresh rice water aka Horchata. This alongside dessert is always filling and tasty. Austin, MN is grateful to have Maya Taqueria within its atmosphere. Thank you, Maya Taqueria.
