Amazing service. The person who took my order on Sunday was cheerful and careful and attentive. The person who gave me my order was as well and clearly took pride in his job and the food that he made. While eating, I watched the team do it again and again. Whoever is training the employees at this location is doing an amazing job instilling a positive work ethic and atmosphere which directly translates to a great dining experience. A friend wanted to eat here and against my better judgment we did. Five Guys food is greasy and incredibly salty. I’m not a health foodie, but even for me, it’s too much. This particular location was extremely hot (put shades on the west pointing windows or turn up the a/c). The person behind the counter was barely communicative. Wasn’t a fan going in, and nothing here changed my mind.

Ordered a bacon cheese hotdog got alll the way home to find there is no hotdog just bacon on a bun no cheese nothing I came back and the guy with the black shirt told me he would not replace my order as if I was lieing I left a tip in the jar to get treated like a thief please check your order because manager is very disrespectful i will not be goin back to five guys because of this incident

The young lady who took my order was nice, but my order was wrong. I order a bacon cheeseburger. I got all the way to work to find no bacon on my sandwich also there was no seasoning on the burger . The food is already expensive for a burger an fries. Getting the order wrong is not good at all.

Ordered a hamburger. It was made correctly. And very good. The staff was very nice. My only complaint is how expensive the food is. I would eat there more if it was cheaper. But since it isn’t, it’s a special treat that I don’t get very often. As for the atmosphere, I’ve always thought the music was played too loud.
