Great food with a southern style. Love my liver mush and tomatoes!!!! UPDATE got to try the gravy biscuits for breakfast and for lunch chicken tender sandwich with lettuce, tomatoe and pickles so yummy! Wow!!! WOW!!! Now added to all that goodness now they serve meatloaf , I get the sandwich!! Not going to tell you what day it’s on I don’t want them running out! there goes my diet went for breakfast with a friend this morning my biscuit was great, her ham biscuit looked great too! She is luck I didn’t grab it!

we walked over from love’s truck stop for breakfast. it was clean and they had fast friendly service. they kept our coffee mugs filled. the bacon was perfectly cooked and my husband enjoyed his homemade pancakes. – you order your food at the register then it is brought to your table. good local breakfast stop.

When food was brought to our table this was sat down in front of me….but bun, looks like someone bite the top of it…frys were so old and over cooked you could not eat them. Staff seen was was not eating my plate but never came over to even ask if everything was ok.

This place was way too hyped up to me by a person I trusted! I feel betrayed! I was slightly disappointed. Looked like a gas station breakfast joint. Should have read the reviews first. I ordered a regular grits eggs and sausage from an old faded out menu taped to the counter. It was served on a plastic plate with plastic utensils. The food was bland, nothing special. No love added as I expected there to be.. Definitely not the Bristol cafe, that I was trying to go to but they are closed on Mondays! Statesville needs more breakfast places that have the wow factor. If you are looking for that…. This place has a small potential but not there by a long shot. I wanted to love it but instead I’m disappointed..

I don’t know what happened to there food it use to be so good my dad and I went there a lot until I got on day shift. I was off of work that day we went there for lunch 2 to 3 weeks ago and the food was not good at all.

There’s nothing bad to say about The Greenbriar, but nothing stood out either. I had a burger, fries and a drink. I thought it was a bit pricey at over $12. The whole place is just meh.

Mom and I will go here when we’re in the mood for something different. Their Toasted Chicken Salad Sandwich is tasty! The desserts are always a nice treat. You can also go in the store, shop around, find your way to the grill and sit for a spell. The Service Team is ALWAYS friendly!

Got invited to try this place out by my mother so of coarse I went. Lol. They have a sign up that says homemade chicken and egg salad made daily and I’m a big fan of both so figured I’d give it a shot. I got the egg salad on toast. It came out with warm toasted bread and a good helping of egg salad piled on. It was definitely fresh and almost perfectly seasoned. I added more pepper and a dash of salt, but everyone’s taste buds are different so try it before adding anything. I’ll definitely be going back and trying the chicken salad since the egg salad was so fresh and good!
