420pm on a Tuesday. The Hot and ready was hot and 15 minutes. Then tried to overcharge me by $4.50. The elderly counter employee advised she was new and didn’t know. No dessert or pop for the wait or price mistake, but hey, this is the new norm in food service.

Employees payed no attention to the door or orders. 3 Hot and Ready’s took 25 minutes but could’ve taken longer if I didn’t ask at the 25 minute mark why they were taking so long. I could rant on the employees forever but the fact that all of them had no clue what was going on proves it’s a management issue. Whoever owns this franchise is clearly paying absolutely no attention to their store and it’s honestly pathetic.

Update 12-2-22: Once again even though their online hour’s AND the hour’s posted on the door said they closed at 11:00 I arrived there at 7:54 and went in and was told they were closed. Which I don’t understand because they had five employees. And the heavier set gentleman was quite rude about it.

Let me start by saying 8 months ago I left a 1 star review this place was terrible when it was under the other management. But now under new management it is so much better. The food the workers everything was great they were all in there working hard and the pizza was perfect they were very friendly can’t believe how much it has changed so glad they have new management now I highly recommend people who disliked it before to try it again with the new management.

The people are really nice but there is usually only one of them actually working at a time even if they have 3 people on. Wait times are tough during rush hours and time management is lacking. You can see into their back of house and it’s usually really gross. Today I saw a girl touching her face and rubbing her eyes while prepping food. The same girl has also touched her hair doing prep. Another person took our cash and then immediately started doing food prep. I have never seen anyone wash their hands and they don’t wear gloves either. I also saw them stock the fridge today without using fifo on any of their products. I work in food service so I get it’s rough but it’s not the first time I’ve seen this kind of stuff here and it’s disgusting. (Also found a random paper clip in the box? pictured)

Stopped to get a hot and ready and crazy bread and my husband stood in there for 5-10 minutes before anyone even bothered to help him. When he asked for a hot and ready they told him they didn’t have any, when he asked when one would be ready they were extremely rude and told him they weren’t gonna help him and they had nothing. If they weren’t so rude about it we would have just left and got something else but they were very disrespectful. If I could give zero stars I would.
