Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. Ordered my food. Was in a hurry. Didn’t pay much attention at checkout and they have no refills…. They are only 1 of three places that don’t refill. I went somewhere else to purchase another drink. Villa! You will not be getting anymore of my money.

I received a cold nasty piece of pizza. They had fresh pizza but they decided to give me one of the old slices instead. Hardly any meat on the pizza and cold I got a pepperoni and sausage. I’ll try to remember to never go back to this terrible place.

Absolutely rip off. 2 slices of undercooked pizza and a bottle of water…$16 are you kidding! Concord Mills Mall. You should be ashamed charging those prices. I got an entire thin crust pie and 2 beers at Alino’s for $20 and it was great. I will never go here again.

Went to get a Stromboli. I was greeted in a very low and unwelcome tone. I was told the Strombolis weren’t ready. I want even offered a time of how long it would take. So I tried to order a value meal with garlic rolls. Again, the rolls would not be ready. I asked how long and he said 16 minutes. He didn’t hear me when I asked for 2 slices of pizza and walked off after only putting 1 in the oven. Told me to get my own water. And just acted like I was an inconvenience. The pizza was ok, but the mood was off putting. I will not go back until moral improves.
